What is Selective Dorsal Cryoablation?
A local, controlled cold application is applied to the nerve endings on the dorsal (upper) surface of the penis glans.

This procedure reduces sensitivity while delaying ejaculation without affecting natural sensation or erectile function.

The procedure is minimally invasive, does not require surgery, and can generally be performed in an office setting.

When is it Used?
Selective dorsal cryoablation is particularly preferred in the following cases:

• Mild to moderate premature ejaculation

How is it Performed?
